In Gaya, late on Wednesday night, an altercation took place between two parties due to noise in Ekbigha village of Buniadganj police station area of the district. After that, bricks and stones started being pelted heavily from both the sides. After receiving information about the incident, the police of Buniyadganj police station reached the spot. During this time a police personnel was injured. As soon as the information about the policeman being injured was received, people from both sides ran away. The injured police personnel was sent to the hospital for treatment. Also, the police is surrounding the entire area and conducting raids to arrest the accused.
Controversy arose over abusive language
In this regard, Senior SP Ashish Bharti said that late Thursday night, Buniyadganj police station received information that a dispute had arisen over abuses between two parties in Ekvigaha Takiyapar village. Where a police personnel got injured while trying to intervene between the two parties. As soon as the information was received, Police Station Head Buniyadganj informed the senior police officer about the above information and inspected the spot along with other police officers and armed forces of the police station. Information regarding the incident was obtained by interrogating the people nearby. Also, the injured police personnel is being treated. Their condition is normal.
Flag march was carried out with armed forces
Police forces have already been deployed at the incident site from the police centre, Gaya and police station levels. Taking this matter seriously, the Senior Superintendent of Police immediately sent Additional Superintendent of Police and Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Wazirganj to the spot to inspect the spot and take necessary action. Flag march was conducted by senior officials along with the armed forces to maintain law and order. At present, raids are being conducted to identify the accused and arrest them.
